3.1 How We Use AI

DesiThrill uses artificial intelligence (AI) to power certain features including profile suggestions, icebreaker messages, reply recommendations, compatibility scoring, scam detection, content moderation, translation, and our AI Dating Coach. These features are designed to improve your experience on the Platform.

3.2 Data Processed by AI

To provide AI-powered features, certain information from your profile — including your bio, age, gender, location, interests, relationship goals, and in some cases message content you voluntarily submit to AI features — may be processed by our AI systems and sent to our third-party AI provider, Anthropic, Inc.

3.3 AI Limitations

AI-generated content including suggestions, scores, and recommendations is for informational purposes only and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for any content you choose to send or publish based on AI suggestions. Our AI Dating Coach is a virtual assistant and is not a licensed therapist, counselor, psychologist, attorney, financial advisor, or other professional advisor. Nothing generated by the AI Dating Coach constitutes professional advice of any kind.

3.4 Your Choice

AI features are optional where indicated. You may choose not to use them. Core platform functionality does not require submission of your data to AI processing beyond what is necessary for scam detection and content safety.

4. How We Share Your Information

4.1 With Other Members

Your profile information — including your display name, photos, age, location (country/city), bio, and other profile fields you choose to complete — is visible to other registered members of DesiThrill. Your email address, full name, and payment details are never shown to other members.

4.2 With Service Providers

We share data with trusted third-party providers who help us operate the Platform, including:

Payment processors: For subscription and payment handling
Email providers: For transactional and notification emails (Brevo/Sendinblue)
AI providers: Anthropic, Inc. for AI-powered features
Hosting providers: InMotion Hosting for server infrastructure
Image services: Cloudinary for photo storage and optimization
Analytics providers: For platform performance monitoring

All service providers are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for the purposes we specify.

4.3 For Legal Reasons

Your photos are removed from our servers within 30 days

Anonymized or aggregated data may be retained indefinitely

ID verification documents are deleted within 90 days of submission unless retention is required by law.
