Three Business Day Cancellation Right California dating-service users may cancel a paid dating-service contract within three business days of purchase and receive a full refund. To cancel, submit a request through your dashboard or via our Contact Us page.
Online Cancellation If you joined or purchased online, you may cancel online at any time through your dashboard or by submitting a request through Contact Us. We do not require you to call by phone to cancel.
Refund Timeline Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the cancellation request. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at purchase.
Automatic Renewals If you purchase a subscription plan, it will renew automatically at the end of each billing period. Renewal terms and pricing are displayed before purchase. You may cancel future renewals at any time online without penalty.
Partial Refunds After the three business day cancellation period, subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. Unused points or credits are non-refundable.
Account Deletion Cancellation of a paid plan is separate from deleting your account. To permanently delete your account and profile data, visit the Delete My Data page.
