How do I create a profile?
Click “Join Free” at the top of the page, fill in your basic details, and verify your email to get started. You can complete your profile afterwards from your dashboard.
Google sign-in isn’t working / keeps asking for my email repeatedly
If you’re using Microsoft Edge (or another browser) and the Google sign-in screen looks glitchy, won’t accept your email, or keeps looping back to the same screen:
- Clear your browser’s cookies and cache (press Ctrl+Shift+Delete on Windows, or Cmd+Shift+Delete on Mac), then try signing in again, or
- Try signing in using an Incognito or Private browsing window
This is a known browser-level issue (not specific to our site) caused by stored autofill data conflicting with Google’s own sign-in page. Clearing your cache resolves it in nearly all cases.

Why can’t I message someone?
Free members can message up to 3 different people. To message more members or continue an existing conversation, upgrade to Premium from the Premium page.
Account & Privacy
How do I delete my account?
Visit the “Delete My Data” page linked in the footer under Legal & Safety. This will permanently remove your account and personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
